課程概述 |
On the course Dutch (I) students will work through chapters 9 through 16 of the course book “ Totaal’. Topics during the second semester include: talking about work, the living environment, leisure activities, tourism, cultural heritage, providing directions and descriptions.
Great emphasis is put on building up practical communicative skills, by means of listening and speaking activities. Each chapter contains a specific theme introducing Dutch culture and society. In the course of the semester students are expected to prepare a project to be presented in class based on these cultural themes.

During the spring semester the course brings students up to A2 level, where the speaker achieves effective communication using basic daily expressions and familiar topics (such as personal information, family, shopping, leisure activities and work). |
課程要求 |
Students wishing to enroll on the course must either have taken Dutch 1 during the fall semester, or show evidence of equivalent language ability. |
